This role will define the vision for organisational capability, including talent acquisition, learning and talent management as well as culture, engagement and diversity, across the Australia, Pacific and Asia businesses. This position will lead a regional team of approx. 12 people, which will focus on critical business and organisational capability priorities. There is plenty of scope to add value by driving consistency across the company and designing programmes that will drive business performance. The role has the added complexity of building and equipping newly created workforces across the region, to deliver on exciting large-scale client projects. The successful candidate will have a track record of success in a senior Organisational Capability, Talent Management, OD, Learning & Development or HR role, in a global company is mandatory. This person must have a strong knowledge of the Australian workplace as well as international experience. A blue-chip pedigree, at senior level, with a top multinational known for world-class Organisational Capability or Organisational Development processes is essential. A mix of experience in a similar role combined with some hands on experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role would be ideal.
