Corporate Receptionist

Seeking a confident, professional and experienced Corporate Receptionist for an assignment located, Perth CBD. Your new company An exciting opportunity has become available for a Corporate Receptionist to join a fast-paced corporate environment. Located in the CBD, this growing and well-established company is seeking pro-active and reliable candidates to take on this administrative support role. Your new role You will be responsible for receiving and directing calls or taking messages, managing the reception inbox, actioning or passing on to staff members as required. You will also be responsible for undertaking a variety of administrative tasks including incoming and outgoing mail and couriers, take on scanning, photocopying, booklet binding, banking and performing other general admin duties as required. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a similar role is essential for a successful application. You will have a positive can-do attitude with the ability to work autonomously on a busy front desk and be able to prioritise and time manage conflicting tasks. Ideally you will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software and be able to pick up new systems quickly. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional polish and strong attention to detail. Exposure to MYOB, or XPLAN is desirable.
