Finance/Administration Manager Job - Illawarra Location – Local School - Permanent – 100-120K Super Your new company A large local Private School are seeking to add an experienced Finance and Administration Manager to their passionate team immediately. Your new role Reporting directly to the head of school you will hold full responsibility of financial reporting function of the business whilst managing a small administration and reception team. This is an all-encompassing role and you will look after debits and credits, statutory reporting, P&L, Balance Sheet, Budget preparation and financial reporting to the board and group function. In addition to financial management, this role requires a skilled manager who can make broad improvements in systems and policy across IT and HR functions. What you'll need to succeed As a qualified accounting professional, you will understand the challenges of a changing, growing and developing organisation. You will be a dynamic individual who excels in fast paced environments, thrives on improving efficiency and is a swift communicator. Ideally you will have experiencing managing the finance function within organisations in the $2-10M annual turnover range with one accounts assistant to help with transactional work, this role requires a skilled accountant who is also very hands on.
