The Data Administrator will be involved in the collection and collation of information from our regulated institutions, ensuring that APRA employees and external stakeholders have access to accurate and up to date data. In this role you will: Manage large volumes of data, ensuring this is processed quickly and efficiently Respond to email and phone enquiries to stakeholders from our regulated entities Develop an in-depth understanding of the Financial Sector (Collection of Data) Act 2001 to ensure APRA's obligations under the Act are met. Identify and recommend actions to mitigate issues with the data collection process Effectively managing your time and prioritising tasks and resolve issues before they are escalated Be responsible for ensuring correct data is available to APRA's frontline divisions in a timely manner Manage day to day responsibilities as well as ad-hoc requests As part of the Data Management team, the successful candidate will have the ability to handle a wide range of queries from a variety of different stakeholders. You will have highly developed written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail being essential for this role. You will be able to follow detailed procedures accurately while having the flexibility to take on new work as needed. Effectively managing your time and prioritising issues is an essential skill for this role.
