APS 3 Equivalent Business Support Officer

Seeking a confident and experienced Business Support Officer for a 12-Month contract in Perth Metro Area. Your new company This national business, is a reputable public-sector organisation delivering premium services to the Perth market. This professional and productive office needs an experienced and confident Business Support Officer who can hit the ground running and assist in providing excellent customer services to its diverse clientele. Your new role As a Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for; front counter support for the office, assisting clients with enquiries, managing and coordinating the office email and appointments, and providing effective communication of information to internal and external stakeholders of the business. You will also participate in generating reports and conducting research, data entry as required, and recording of feedback into the database. What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience working in a similar role coupled with a modern attitude towards people with disabilities will make your application successful. Ideally, you will have experience communicating or working with people with disabilities whether in your personal or professional life. You will be competent with Microsoft Office Suite products, able to pick up new systems and processes quickly, work well within a high functioning team, and be able to handle confidential documentation in a discrete and policy driven manner.
