Well, read on for an incredible opportunity The Graceburn Wine Room in Healesville is looking for an innovative, creative and driven assistant manager to help out with FOH operations and look after the venue when the manager is not present. The venue operates as the cellar door for Mac Forbes Wines during the week and we are soon to reopen the doors to the legendary Graceburn Bistro on Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday lunch. We'd love someone local-ish, but don't let that put you off. It is a commutable distance from Melbourne, and Healesville makes a great town for a tree change We're looking for a creative hospo professional who is keen to expand their knowledge of the wine industry. With us, you'll be able to hone your hospo skills in a small but talented team and when you're itching for some new experiences, we can send you out into the vineyards for a day, or go learn about winemaking with our team. We will provide excellent wine training and you'll learn about all aspects of the industry. In the bistro and cellar door, you'll be given the chance to let your personality reflect in the business and you'll have your chance to bring your ideas to the table. You must have at least two years experience in a similar role and at a passion for wine. WSET/CMS certifications and experience in a supervisory role will be looked upon favourably.
