$160-180K SALARY
The purpose of this positions is to develop and maintain the estimating system for onshore and offshore oil and gas related brownfield work.
You will be responsible for updating the norms in view of achieved performance.
Estimates to be generated in line with class 1, 2, 3 and 4 accuracies and to include engineering, materials, fabrication, offshore construction work.
Your prime responsibilities will be:
Management and coordination of all estimating
Delivery of accurate estimates and validating existing norms
Single point contact for all estimating activities
Assist with monitoring and reporting against estimating KPI?s
Active contribution to a positive safety culture.
Provide support to other less experienced estimators on the project.
You must have significant experience in a similar role, working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases, understanding of norms and the accuracies required at different phases of the work, engineering estimating, construction estimating, ability to work as part of an integrated team and good oral and written skills.
