6 month contract is currently available for an experienced Business Analyst required to provide part or all of the following services: - Systems analysis.
- Design.
- Functionality mapping.
- Specification writing.
- Test plan definition writing.
- Support for system implementation.
Candidates should have: - Demonstrated extensive experience as a business analyst in a large scale I&T environment that deploys expert Rules engine for claims processing
Highly desirable: Demonstrated high level of experience of understanding and knowledge of Haley Rule Burst products, namely, Haley Determination engine and Haley Office Rules 2008. Demonstrated proven understanding of project systems development lifecycles. Demonstrated proven understanding of system testing methodologies. Demonstrated analytical skills of a high order in a systems or business environment. Demonstrated proven ability to deliver complex user specifications or detailed business requirement.
